TRAVEL PROTECTION
We recommend that you buy trip cancellation and interruption insurance. TravelSafe Insurance offers these services.
Please contact TravelSafe Insurance and give the code UNIFL04 before the 21 following days of your initial deposit, for important time-sensitive information in reference to the purchase of your Travel Insurance, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or if you need Cancellation for Any Reason Coverage.
Travel Insurance is optional and is not included in your package price.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Because these policies are complex, no representation made by our staff about what is covered constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance.
PASSPORT AND VISA
Most countries require your passport to be valid for 6 months after your return date. All passengers are responsible to fulfill necessary visa or entry requirements by contacting the destination country’s Consulate office.
FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT
Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing oxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour extremely limiting to their experiences. If you have questions, please contact Universal Cruises and Travel for more details.
ITINERARY
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this promotion. However, due to individual group patterns, group size, weather, traffic, and other factors beyond our control, the number, the order, and the days in which sites will be visited may be altered.
COMMUNICATION
All correspondence from our office, including tour information, billing statements, and ticketing are carried out through email and will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form.
